Delete Account — NIBCARD E Games

We're sorry to see you go. Below are the steps to permanently delete your account from any NIBCARD E Games app, including Land of Resistance, ESO, Ojelo, Oya One More, and Just Us.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted:

All game data, scores, and progress are permanently removed
Your leaderboard rankings are deleted
You lose access to any in-game purchases or premium features
Your username becomes available for others to use
Any groups, clans, or competitions you created are dissolved

Delete Your Account In-App

Open the app dashboard. Launch the NIBCARD E Games app and make sure you're logged into the account you want to delete.
Tap the Settings icon. Look for the gear icon on your dashboard, usually in the top corner or main menu.
Go to Account Settings. Scroll down and tap "Account" or "Account Settings."
Find Delete Account. Scroll to the bottom of Account Settings — the option is usually shown in red.
Confirm deletion. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. You may be asked to re-enter your password or type "DELETE" to confirm you understand.
Done. You'll be logged out immediately, and your data will be fully removed from our servers within 30 days.

Your Rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

Request a copy of your personal data before deletion
Export your data in a portable format
Request immediate deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten")

What Happens to Your Data

Personal information — your email, username, and account credentials are deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Gameplay data — scores, achievements, match history, and progress are permanently removed.

Backup retention — encrypted backups may retain your data for up to 30 days for disaster-recovery purposes, after which it is permanently purged.

Anonymized data — some aggregated, non-identifying statistics (e.g. total games played) may be retained for analytics.
