These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any game published by NIBCARD E Games, the mobile division of NIBCARD Nig Ltd, including Land of Resistance, ESO, Ojelo, Oya One More, and Just Us (each an "App," together the "Games"), and this website at mobile.nibcardgames.com. By downloading, installing, or using any Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use our Games with the involvement of a parent or guardian, as described in our Parental Consent page.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Games, or have parental/guardian consent to do so where required. By using the Games, you confirm that the information you give us (such as your age at sign-up) is accurate.
Subject to these Terms and our End User License Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Games on a device you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
When using our Games, you agree not to:
Some Games offer virtual currency, items, or premium features for purchase. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and remain our property even after purchase — you are buying a limited license to use them within the relevant Game. Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective payment and refund policies. We do not control refund decisions made by those platforms.
The Games, including all game designs, characters, artwork, music, code, and the NIBCARD and game names and logos, are owned by NIBCARD Nig Ltd or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.
If a Game allows you to submit content (for example, a username, message, or in-game creation), you keep ownership of it, but you grant NIBCARD a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it within the Games and our marketing, and you confirm you have the right to grant that license.
Our Games may link to or integrate with third-party services such as app stores, sign-in providers, or the standalone websites for individual titles (for example oyaonemore.com or justus.nibcardgames.com). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIBCARD Nig Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Games, including loss of progress, virtual items, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Games will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Games and delete your account at any time — see our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, without prejudice to any other rights we may have.
We may update these Terms from time to time as our Games and services evolve. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and where changes are significant we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in-app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja, Nigeria, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law where you live.
